TasksPro

Accessibility

A workspace everyone on the team can use.

TasksPro is used all day by office teams and people in the field. This statement explains what we do to keep it usable, what is not solved yet, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

What we do

Accessibility built into the interface

Keyboard operation

Navigation, menus, dialogs and forms can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring on every interactive element.

Contrast and colour

Colour comes from a shared token palette checked for contrast in light and dark themes, and colour is never the only way a status is communicated.

Readable typography

Type sizes, line length and spacing are set for long operational reading, and text scales with browser and system font settings.

Structure and labels

Pages use real headings, landmarks, table semantics and labelled controls so screen readers announce content in a sensible order.

Small screens and touch

Layouts reflow to phone widths without horizontal scrolling, and primary actions keep comfortable touch targets.

Reduced motion

Animated elements, including the alternating product screens on the homepage, stop when the operating system requests reduced motion.

Known limitations

Where we are not there yet

We would rather list the gaps than claim a level we have not proven.

  • Dense financial tables can still require horizontal scrolling on the smallest screens.
  • Some charts convey trends visually; the same figures are available as text or in the underlying table.
  • Third-party payment and email provider screens follow their own accessibility standards.
  • Formal third-party accessibility certification has not been carried out; the statements above describe our own testing.

Report an accessibility barrier

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and tell you what we plan to do about it. Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO treats these reports as product defects, not feature requests.

Questions

Accessibility FAQ

Standards, testing and support for assistive technology.

Which standard are you working towards?

We use WCAG 2.1 level AA as the working reference for new interface work. We have not been independently audited against it, so we describe it as a target rather than a certified result.

How do you test?

Interface work is checked with keyboard-only navigation, contrast checks against the shared colour tokens, and layout checks at desktop, tablet and phone widths before release.

Can I use TasksPro with a screen reader?

Core journeys use standard semantic elements and labelled controls, which screen readers can announce. If you hit a screen that does not read correctly, tell us which page and which reader you use and we will prioritise it.

Can I change text size or theme?

Yes. The interface respects browser and system text scaling, and signed-in users can choose a light or dark theme in their workspace settings.

How do I report an accessibility barrier?

Email support@taskspro.ai with the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology involved. We acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day.
