Are there roles open right now?
We hire in small, deliberate steps and advertise a role only when it is genuinely open. When nothing is listed, an introduction is still welcome and is kept on file for the next opening.
How do I introduce myself?
Send a note through the contact page with the discipline you work in, a short description of something you built or fixed end to end, and where we can see your work.
Where is the team based?
Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO operates remotely with overlapping working hours. We ask for a few hours of shared time each day for reviews and customer conversations.
What does the process look like?
An introductory conversation, a practical exercise close to real work with the time expectation stated up front, and a final conversation about scope and ways of working.
Do you take internships or contract work?
Occasionally, for well-defined pieces of work. Mention what you are looking for in your introduction and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
