- Workspace content: tasks, pages, job cards, stock records, leave requests, timesheets, client records, billing documents and other data you create.

- Communications: support requests, feedback and survey responses.
3. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain and improve TasksPro;
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access controls;
- Send service notifications, digests and billing communications;

We retain workspace data for as long as the workspace is active. If a workspace is deleted, associated data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period and retained in backups only as needed for disaster recovery. Backup retention periods are documented in our security materials.
7. Cookies and tracking
TasksPro uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. Workspace owners can manage member data and export workspace content. Individual users may update their profile or contact us for deletion requests.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted managed storage, role-based access controls and regular security scanning. No system is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and reporting suspected unauthorised access.
10. Children's privacy
TasksPro is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
