Partner programme
Grow with the platform your clients run their business on.
TasksPro partners help service businesses connect client demand, delivery, people, inventory and finance in one workspace and stay involved long after go-live.
Tracks
Three ways to partner
Referral partners
Consultants, accountants and industry advisors who introduce service businesses to TasksPro and hand over once the workspace is live.
Implementation partners
Operations specialists who configure workspaces, migrate client and job records, define roles and train teams on the delivery-to-invoice journey.
Technology partners
Product teams connecting scheduling, payments, accounting or field tools to TasksPro so data moves between systems without re-keying.
How it works
From first conversation to first workspace
Tell us about your practice
Share the industries you serve, the size of the teams you work with and the outcomes your clients ask for.
Work through the product together
We walk your team through client onboarding, requests, estimates, delivery, labour and materials, invoicing and business performance.
Agree how we work
We confirm the partner track, who owns the customer relationship, how introductions are recorded and how support is escalated.
Launch your first workspace
You configure a real workspace with us alongside you, then run the same playbook for every client that follows.
Support
What partners get from us
- A named contact for commercial and technical questions
- Product walkthroughs covering the full request-to-payment journey
- Configuration guidance for roles, modules and plan entitlements
- Shared onboarding checklists for new workspaces
- Early visibility of upcoming product changes that affect your clients
What we ask of partners
Know the product properly, set honest expectations with clients, and keep the client in control of their own workspace and data. Access to a client workspace is granted by the client and can be withdrawn by them at any time.
Questions
Partner programme FAQ
Common questions from advisors and product teams considering the programme.
Who is the partner programme for?
Advisors and technology teams working with service businesses that manage clients, field or project work, people, inventory and invoicing. If your clients live in spreadsheets between quoting and getting paid, the programme fits.
Do partners need their own TasksPro workspace?
Yes. Every partner works from a real workspace so demonstrations, configuration and training reflect the product your clients will use.
Can partners manage several client workspaces?
Each client keeps their own workspace and owns their data. Partners are invited as members with the access level the client chooses, and that access can be changed or removed at any time.
How do commercial terms work?
Terms depend on the track and the level of involvement in onboarding and support. We agree them in writing before any client introduction is made.
How do I apply?
Send an enquiry through the contact page with a short description of your practice. We reply with next steps and a walkthrough slot.
