2. Who sets cookies?
Cookies may be set by TasksPro (“first-party cookies”) or by trusted service providers we use for analytics, support and communications (“third-party cookies”). All providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
3. How we use cookies
We use the following categories:
- Essential cookies: required for authentication, session management, security and workspace access. The service cannot function properly without them.
- Preference cookies: remember your theme choice, language and display settings so your workspace looks the same on return.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors use the marketing site and product, so we can improve performance and content. These are used in aggregate and do not identify individuals.
- Communication cookies: support live chat, demo-request forms and support widgets where you choose to interact with them.
4. Authentication and session storage
When you sign in, TasksPro stores session tokens and refresh tokens in secure, httpOnly cookies or encrypted local storage, depending on your browser and the authentication flow. These tokens are necessary to keep you signed in and enforce role-based access controls.
5. Your choices
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. You can also change your cookie preferences where a consent banner is presented. Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or cause parts of the workspace to stop working.
6. UAE data residency
Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO is registered in the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone. Workspace data is hosted in managed cloud regions selected for performance and resilience. Where required, we use contractual and technical safeguards to support UAE data-protection expectations, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
7. Third-party providers
We use a limited number of subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, analytics and support. Each is vetted for security practices and only receives the minimum data needed to provide its service.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as technologies or regulations change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
