Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 August 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of the TasksPro workspace and related services, a product of Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO.
1. Operator
TasksPro is operated by Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO, a company registered in the Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our registered address is IFZA Business Park - Building A2 - Nadd Hessa - Dubai Silicon Oasis - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using TasksPro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use TasksPro on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. A workspace owner may invite members, assign roles and remove access. You may not share account credentials or impersonate another user.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TasksPro to:
- Upload or process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- Attempt to access another tenant's data or bypass row-level security controls;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service;
- Send unsolicited communications through built-in notification or digest features.
5. Data and content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into TasksPro. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and back up that data solely to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the published pricing page. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep TasksPro available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access for security or legal reasons.
8. Termination
You may delete your account or leave a workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, repeated security issues, or non-payment. Workspace owners are responsible for exporting their data before cancellation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lunava Digital Solutions FZCO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
